I joined this practice 40 years ago and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. I'm now on my third dentist due to retirements, and they get better each time. When you haven't been blessed with the best teeth in the World, you need a brilliant dentist and that's what I've got. I don't know how he does it, but Ilias gives pain free injections every time. It must also be said that the front of house team are a superb bunch of hardworking, goodhumoured nurses, and the practice couldn't function without them.

I have been with the clinic for longer than I care to remember, well over 20 years. The care, treatment, help and support I have received is excellent. My dentist is highly professional, skilled and always gives me sound, accurate objective advice. All the staff are friendly and helpful and whilst a trip to the dentist isn't something I enjoy I can't speak too highly of the practice.

For a while I avoided visiting a dentist due to the fear I had, but I'm glad I came to the Brighton Dental Clinic. All the staff are super nice and friendly, and Ilias was extremely supportive. Not only do I now have a better smile, I don't worry one bit when visiting the dentists so a complete win win situation. Many thanks!

Having nearly fallen asleep during the procedure of having a filling, its safe to say one of the most calm and efficient practices around!

I have been with this practice for over 30 years. The quality of the dentistry is very good - but also the quality of the care shown by all the staff, both in the practice rooms and in the office, is exemplary. Visits are always calm and efficient. The staff know everyone personally, and this all helps to alleviate for me the anxiety I always exhibit. Thank you everyone.

After being unable to commit to a traditional brace because of the really high cost needed to correct a lifetime of crooked and uneven teeth, Michael Fillery recommended a new, cheaper, quicker and less intrusive, solution - The Inman Aligner. After approximately 14 weeks of treatment, with bi-monthly visits for the necessary adjustments to the aligner, I now have an amazing set of straight teeth for the first time ever! I can't thank Mr Fillery enough for his vision of my teeth, for his attention to detail, and for the finished results. Mr Fillery and his team are always so friendly and professional. I highly, highly recommend them and the Inman Aligner.

I have attended this clinic for over 40 years and could not be more satisfied, I was terrified of the dentist, I first went after many years of toothache and persuaded by my wife who had been going for years. You are treated as a person and it is friendly and they could not be more accommodating if they tried. I have no fear of attending regularly and Michael Fillery is passionate about his job and very caring, if it were not for this practice I would have many more missing teeth, his predecessor Feroz Jafferji was brilliant and did not think he would be matched on retirement but he has. Thank you to all the staff, they are a good team who make you feel welcome.

I had a fear of dentists since my childhood. I think that Ilias with his character and his skillful dentistry took it away for ever!
